Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyzing, planning and coordinating all activities related to recruitment, development & evaluation of HR, personnel, HR information systems, effectively and efficiently in accordance with established system procedures and work plans in order to achieve HR department goals.
- Handling legal issues related to the company, both from internal and external sources.
- Managing issues related to employees and labor union
- Act as a bridge between company and employees
- Handling repairs and maintenance of company’s facilities related to general affairs such as: vehicles, buildings, etc.
- Handling and taking care of documents related to company such as SIUP, SIPA, company’s domicile, company’s certificates, etc

Persyaratan Khusus
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Law
- Min 5 years of experience working as HR position or related

- Good interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed at Karawang
